Restoration
and Reproduction
In many restoration projects architects and surveyors
wish to retain as much of the original fabric of the building and this
includes window timbers. Our skilled tradesmen make good all timber joints
and patch repairs as described in the technical journals and reports issued
by such authorities as Historic Scotland and architectural practices specialising
in building restoration projects.
In our workshop we have both the skills and machinery to reproduce moulding
details to match the existing and also a bespoke manufacturing capability
to create complete windows matching the original.
