All our windows can be fitted with single or double glazing. We can retro fit double glazing units to existing sashes with or without astragals. We can use standard double glazing units fitted with a range of different spacer bars both in size and colour. We also fit low sightline "slimline heritage units" for applications where standard double glazed units would have a visual impact on both the surrounding building and windows
Single Glazing
There is a variety of single glazing available to meet the individual needs of the client, whether it is for commercial or domestic applications or to comply with current building regulations.
The standard glass used in most cases would be clear float, which varies in thickness depending on the size and location. Safety glass would also be used in both commercial and domestic buildings and this could be toughened or laminate glass. The more common places to find safety glass would be in glazed doors or windows below 800mm
